1. Evaluate:
SMART ways^© Business Overview Analysis (BOA) provides you with a detailed assessment of your business covering all aspects of business performance. Your BOA results are rated against benchmarks for over 780 Australian body shops and provide a sound basis for understanding the true potential of your business.

2. Identify:
Analysis and reporting within the BOA will identify the true potential of your business, key areas of profit leakage and the actions required to bring out the best in your business. Recommendations will also identify the capabilities of your business to achieve your potential.

3. Agree:
A Boss consultant will work with you to establish what you are prepared to do to improve your business. Changes to any business have a range of impacts and it is important to know what those impacts will be, and just as importantly, what inactivity will mean for your business. Consultants will explain actions and effects in detail so that you may make a fully informed decision.

4. Design:
Once objectives are agreed your Boss consultant will design a Profit Development Plan to achieve your objectives. The plan will have detailed performance objectives, benchmarks and timelines for achievement. At this time you we will appoint a senior consultant who will work with you to implement your plan.

5. Work:
